Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. Revival will not give you a nurse, PT, or aide appointment until the morning of the visit day. One of their nurses never showed up, and I had to call the company to find out there was a problem. The representative did find a replacement--who arrived 4 hours after the original appointment-- and then hung up on me. You'll have to pester them to get a response to your requests. They promise to call you back, but don't.

The client communication and customer service is dismal and Revival is simply ill-equipped to handle the demands of the disable. Protest if the hospital says they are giving your case to Revival. One nurse insulted me as I was not answering the door and refused to believe that he was at the wrong address. The other nurses - never the same one - were competent.
